Pee Wee: Your up-and-coming tennis players develop hand-eye coordination, along with movement skills. Basic tennis strokes are taught through lots of tennis games!
Youth Beginner: This clinic is for the young player who is learning all the basic strokes of tennis. Proper grips and technique are practiced through drills and fun tennis games.
Quickstart Play: Is your child rallying the ball? Is your child interested in playing tennis matches? Does your child like competition and enjoy being part of a team? Does your child want to take their playing to the next level? In our QuickStart Program, youth players learn to love the game of tennis on a modified, age appropriate sized court, with age appropriate equipment. The players work cooperatively to practice racquet skills, tennis strokes, and they will play actual matches! Teamwork and sportsmanship skills are emphasized.
Middle School/Teen Drill & Play: In this session teens will be working to improve general fitness levels focussing on tennis specific agility, balance and strength. The players will be working to improve their technique on all tennis strokes- especially the serve. Time will also be spent playing points- working on scoring and doubles strategies.
Cardio Tennoga: A fusion of East and West. This cardio work-out combines tennis and yoga stretches. Participants warm up with dynamic yoga stretches to loosen up their bodies and wake up their muscles. Players than take to the court for an intense cardio tennis work-out, after which students return to their mats for relaxing static yoga poses and stretching. You'll leave feeling relaxed and empowered.
Payment expected before the first day of class - $5 fee charged for payments received after the first class.
